Search · Indexation · AI visibility

We make large websites findable — by search engines and by AI.

Hoopla is a small independent team working on organic visibility for content-heavy websites: the kind with hundreds of thousands of pages, where a crawling problem costs more traffic than any campaign could buy back.

What we do

Six things, done properly, instead of twenty done vaguely.

Every engagement starts from what the crawler actually sees — not from a checklist. The work below is what usually follows.

Technical SEO at scale

Architecture, internal linking, pagination, rendering and Core Web Vitals on sites where every template decision multiplies by a hundred thousand URLs.

  • Log-file and crawl analysis
  • Rendering and JavaScript diagnosis
  • Template-level fixes, not page-level patches

Indexation & crawl budget

Getting the right pages discovered, crawled and kept in the index — and the wrong ones out of it, before they dilute everything else.

  • Sitemap and robots strategy
  • Index bloat and duplication control
  • Removal and re-inclusion workflows

Generative Engine Optimization

Search is no longer only ten blue links. We work on how a site is quoted, summarised and cited inside AI answers and assistants.

  • Entity and source consistency
  • Content shaped for extraction
  • Visibility tracking across AI surfaces

Structured data & content ops

Schema that matches the page, editorial guidelines that survive scale, and templates an in-house team can keep running without us.

  • Schema design and validation
  • Programmatic page frameworks
  • Multilingual and localised content

Measurement you can defend

Analytics that a finance team can read: what changed, when it changed, and whether the deploy or the market caused it.

  • Analytics and Search Console pipelines
  • Before/after release analysis
  • Dashboards and periodic reporting

Automation & AI workflows

The repetitive half of this job — monitoring, classification, reporting, quality checks — handed to pipelines instead of to people.

  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Bulk classification and QA
  • Custom internal tooling

How we work

Diagnose first. Most of what gets sold as SEO is a fix without a diagnosis.

Look at the evidence

Crawl data, server logs, index coverage, rendering. We start by establishing what is measurably true about the site, not what a tool scores it.

Fix the cause

We work at template and system level, alongside the in-house developers, so a fix applies to every page it touches and does not need repeating next quarter.

Watch it hold

Every change is monitored against the baseline. If a release moves the numbers in the wrong direction, we want to know within days, not at the next review.

Who we work with

Publishers, marketplaces, directories and classified platforms — sites with large, fast-changing inventories, where visibility is an engineering problem as much as an editorial one.

We work as a small senior team, usually embedded with an existing product or development team. We do not resell ad inventory and we do not take a percentage of media spend: engagements are scoped and invoiced as a flat fee.

Questions

The things people ask before the first call.

How do you charge?

Flat fee per scoped engagement, agreed before the work starts, with the deliverables and the duration written down. Retainers are available for ongoing monitoring and reporting. Invoices are issued by our registered entity; VAT is not charged, and EU customers account for it under the reverse-charge mechanism.

Do you work with adult, gambling or other restricted sectors?

We work with lawful businesses, including sectors that mainstream agencies tend to avoid. What we do not do is anything designed to deceive a search engine or a user: no link schemes, no cloaking, no scraped content passed off as original.

How long before anything changes?

Technical and indexation problems usually show measurable movement within four to eight weeks of the fix being deployed. Content and authority work is slower and should be judged over two quarters, not two weeks. Anyone promising faster is selling something else.

Do you need access to our systems?

Read access to analytics and Search Console is normally enough to start. Deeper work needs staging access and a channel to the development team. We ask for the minimum access that makes the work possible, and we hand it back when the engagement ends.

Where are you based?

The team is remote and distributed; the registered entity is Hoopla LLC, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Working hours overlap with European and American time zones.

Get in touch

Tell us what is not working.

A short description of the site and the problem is enough to start. We reply to every message that describes a real project, usually within two working days.

We do not publish an email address on this page: everything goes through the form, which keeps the inbox usable for the people who actually need it. Your message reaches us directly — it is not shared with anyone and it is not used for marketing.
